Great placement on the badge. Where'd you get it and how did you mount it? Just curious to hear your method.

Thank you! i made 2 brackets that surrounded that part of the grille and have to use clamps to pinch them tight. There is a flat lip underneath that trim piece that can slide part of the bracket on. Here is an extremely rough idea. I used alot of strong mounting tape and its holding incredible.

Oh and i got mounting brakets which came in a straight 2"x 9" bar from home depot

when u did ur install. What did u do with the part on the diffuser the over hangs the bumper next to the end of the diffuser. I just over hung it and left it cause the bolt holes did go anywhere near the bumoer

Unless you drill into the bumper there is nothing you really can do. So mine sounds similar to yours.

I did not take my bumper off for the install. It was a little crampt under the car, but pretty doable.

I also didnt take off the bumper. Be outside brackets were the hardest. I had to pull the bumper down to get my hand threw to screw it down but yes. Very do able

i really like the look of the perrin shift knobs so i got one but because of the way i shift, it's too hard for me as I don't grab it open handed and my ring finger usually gets squished in there lol.
Probably from japanparts.com here: STI Shift Knob

Got my first speeding ticket in almost 10 years. Car in front of me was kicking up little rocks and I was nervous for my paint, so I got up a little over 50 in a 35 to get around him, then got back over in front of him and slowed back down to speed limit.

Cop saw me gun it past him, pulled me over. Was kind enough to downgrade to a six over, but wouldn't let me off with a warning.

Was very polite, called him sir, thanked him for doing his job, and asked him what I should do in the future in that situation, and he said "I don't know, slow down instead of speed up?"

Told him that the problem with slowing down is that I'm still behind those bouncing pebbles.

His response, "then just hope you get a happier officer than me next time."

Not sure what Utah laws are, but contest the ticket in court and if the cop shows up, claim mitigating circumstances. If the cop shows up to court, ask to have it kept off your record, pay a reduced fine, for traffic school, or any combination of the above. Also, demonstrate that you passing him was safe to do at the time.

There should be more information online about contesting a speeding ticket in Utah.
