I thought the factory sensor was only good to 5lbs of boost though?

its 7psi. mainly for diagnostics. you cant boost higher but wont be able to log anything higher than 7psi.

why have I seen people's OBDII apps not go any higher than 5.3 (mine included)? I figured it was the sensor that was limiting this.

correct. the stock MAP sensor maxes our around 5.2 PSI.

I'm running the P3 gauge with their analog boost sensor. Seeing about 7.5 PSI with the 80mm pulley.

scaling on the sensor. you guys can have it edited just like what we do with the oem afr sensor to read lower than 12.1. the factory pressure sensor is 0-5v but isnt scale the entire window i think it only goes to 3.9v from what i can remember off the top of my head and starts at .6

.

So the choppiness is going to be a permanent issue with the base innovate kit or do you think you can over come this issue?

I'm currently wondering the same thing. We may know more once @moto-mike goes through some logs today. We may also learn if the stock fuel pump + DW700's will be sufficient to support E85 on the stock innovate pulley.

I wouldn't mind installing new injectors, that looks fairly straight forward. It's the pump that I don't want to deal with right now (if I can avoid it).

Put the stock pump back in. Works fine to 7800 RPM with the stock pulley and E85. Ran it down to nearly an empty tank and no starvation issues.

Verdict though would be on the smaller pulley, cold weather, and headers. If we're still good there I think stock should suffice.

Yeah 93 is going to send less fuel than E85. So it sounds like simply upgrading injectors should buy you some protection. Simple install (took me 30-40 minutes) and you can do it when you're installing the supercharger since you pull the injectors anyways. I might do the pump anyways to support more power down the road (smaller pulley w/ intercooler or WMI).
