This car draws quite a bit of attention, dudes love it.
Especially the quaint looking guy in his mid 40s that pulled around me when we were the only ones parked in a wooded nature area and asked me if i wanted to go for a walk in the woods with him. What a nice guy, he musta liked the car. Gf took car to work today, was told by a coworker its a car you could get laid in. |

The maserati gran turismo is proably the only supercar outside of a GT-R i would own because it is just so sexy looking and has an amazing sounding V8. i like how the FR-S has similar body lines as the gran turismo just looks so damn nice.

that could be creepy!!!! ahhhh I had 2 clients at work today play question and answer for a good 45 min each! One is a track instructor the other a detailer. Both avid car enthusiast. Then there was the kid at wawa drooling...He said he was at the dealer across the street trying to buy an frs right now! But he didn't realize mine was a brz? I told him he'd never regret it. I just hope he does some homework on the differences

Repeatedly over the course of the conversation i had to explain they're basically the same car. He kept on insisting the body, engine or other parts were different. |

I was behind a subaru outback when a little 12 year old kid poked his head out to look back at me, and then ended up looking at the back of me

I was checking into a hotel in a resort village in Quebec. The car was parked right in front of the entrance, so others were unloading their cars of luggage. I got 3-4 comments from random people asking "that's a subaru??" "is it all wheel drive?" "is it fast?". I was flattered
![]() The hotel staff insisted I parked in a certain spot as "your car is very expensive - we'll make sure you park in the safest spot". It was an interesting experience. When cruising around Ottawa downtown at low speeds, I get a lot of "nice car" yelled at me from the sidewalks. |

You know...the sweet ride encounters never happen while I'm the one driving, always while someone else is driving my car. (makes me wonder "is it just luck or is it me?!?!", ok so technically that's not true- people always admire the car as they walk past my parking spot...but that's no "sweet ride" encounter)
We had a guy roll down his window and start a convo about how he loved the car and his next car would be FRS/BRZ ... then handed us his businesscard through the window in moving traffic Another time, this nice older gentleman FOLLOWED US into our condo's parking structure just to ask what the car was. Neither time was I the one behind the wheel =___= 0 O 0 ( It's MY CAR DAMMIT!!) haha not that I'm asking for attention...mostly why I went for the BRZ over the FRS- just a little more subtle...but it is kinda annoying that the attention I get when I'm out is the kind that gets speeding tickets :P |
