To answer OP, you need to replace the engine, or get new headers.

you think you're gonna get low end torque on an NA 2.0 liter? Good luck with that.

Like some people have said, a header is probably your best bet.

You can get someone to make a max torque header, tuned for 3-5k rpms but sacrificed top end power.
If you what a very flat torque curve from 3-7k, it's just as expensive or more expensive than a supercharger kit. you'd need header, overpipe, front pipe, midpipe + a tune. the phantom seems to be the best value when it comes out and least labor intensive to install and remove.

Why the hell did you buy an FR-S if you are looking for low end torque, you can get more and even out the torque dip with a cold air intake, UEL or EL headers catted, a full headerback catless exhaust, and finally a tune. Otherwise by a new car because you should done your research and expected torque on a high compression 2.0l boxer.

Also "toque" is actually spelled "torque"
