Can anyone confirm that their Bypass Valve is a tad loose? Noticed that when I was installing it. The little plastic line also kind of sketched me out a bit, lol. But I had some play on the actual bypass, I could move it forward and back a bit. Just want to make sure this is normal. Just remembered now about it.

I'm hoping all goes well and my JDL UEL header gets shipped this week, and then I can compare my car now then with the header. I'm still doing revisions of my map but it will be nice to see if it adds any noticeable difference.

I'm just gonna link their build threads... I am already slammed with the Wheel Directory and the NW Owner list... can't take on another constantly-needing-updates megatopic.

Dyno Plot

Here's a plot from one of a few runs where the car got to 205 WHP 178WTQ. Unfortunately the run where we got 216.9WHP and 178WTQ wouldn't print (doh). Anyway, you can see the smoothness of the lines here.

Nice results! How much lower does that particular dyno read vs dynojet? How does she drive?

I got mine installed this last weekend, finally got around to doing the initial data logs for the FA20Club tune. So far, the power delivery seems very linear, with things getting interesting around 3500rpm. Granted I have the AC on all the time because its been in the 100s lately. First set of data logs showed coolant temps maxed at 93C and oil temps of 111C (I know, its brutally hot here). Once I get the koyo radiator installed, and pick an oil cooler, I think I'll be alright. AFR is sitting at 11.02, fwiw.

Since I'm going to be doing logging on a dyno tomorrow (not messing with a 3rd gear to redline pull on the highway), I should be able to get a dyno sheet up as well. Interested in seeing how she's doing.

That's an oil temp of over 224 degrees Fahrenheit, and a coolant temp of 199.4 Fahrenheit. That seems awfully high to me.

I was seeing oil temps stock of 219, highest peak of 220 prior to the s/c install.

I have yet to go over either of those two numbers with the supercharger.

I never did pre-supercharger oil temp logs, so I'd be curious to see your pre and post numbers.
