I like your build. I saw above on the list of things you were waiting for was a TRD toe hook that may only be for the race division(?). I understand you are trying to stay all TRD but I remember seeing this post a while back on SpeedHunters about current trends in Japan and a lot of people use these "toe straps" instead now. I like the idea that they are a little less conspicuous and lighter:

You could probably have sewn on a TRD patch that you like too like this:

Do you plan to clear bra the car? I know you said you don't ever want non-stock paint.

Only issue with the tow straps is they can flap and damage the paint. You can tuck inside the bumper but have to hope the tow vehicle operator on the track has the patience to pull it out rather than hook on to the chassis and possibly rip your bumper off.

I have the cusco tow hooks front and rear. Only issue is the TRD front lip and rear bumper extend a bit so when hinged back can tap the bumper to I put a bit of duct tape under them to protect the paint.

As you are not going with TRD front or rear they would fit well. And, the red ring of the cusco hooks will look good with your colour.

If going cusco make sure you order a front and rear as they are different lengths.

I'd recommend buying a couple of extra tow hook covers (the plastic round bits colour matched to your bumper that cover the hole). That way you can cut a small hole in them to match the diameter of the tow hook stem. Means looks prettier on track and no dirt/insects get in the hole. Better and nicer than covering with duct tape.

A lot of them are adjustable to take the slack out. The inner not visible part of the loop can also be tied down with something too if you are worried about it. Also with a clear bra it's extra assurance in terms of scratching just in case.

I'm sure you could find a variety but a simple Google search shows there are quite a few. Obviously you want to check the measurements though.

You get the idea.

Hey, as good as the paint looks now, wait until you get a polish and wax job. I spent the better part of yesterday doing that using Griot's #3 polish and Best of Show wax with the random orbital buffer and special pads. It looks like a different car now, the paint pops and shows depth, metallic and pearl detail and tremendous reflectivity.

Nearby neighbors I'd never met stopped by to check out the car. They're used to seeing me drive by with something new about every six months but this is the first time in years that any of them ever stopped to chat. Also surprising how much the gearhead (C6), semi-exotic (911 Turbo S), sport sedan (M3) and fanboys (WRX Sti) knew about the car. It turned into show and tell and am sure I sold one for Scion today.

Just curious, what detents do you have on your headlight stalk? The reason I ask is because I didn't see your fog light switch to go with your OEM fogs.....

Figure I'd post the overpipe again. Motiv. The welds are so gorgeous. I'd consider a header if they had one

will the bends match the quad tips? I went with aftermarket OEM style diffuser since it does not add anything other than looks but I know you are all about the OEM, if you have the money then why not haha. If it will stretch to fit the quad tips I cannot wait to see it. Will be a first if I am not mistaken. Also the TRD diffuser is the real diffuser anyways.

Edit: Here is a pic on my car

The curves match the original cutouts but they do seem to stretch a little bit. I cannot wait to see this. Also the fact of them being flat screams quad tips!

I was just google imaging these diffusers as we speak thanks bro beautiful ride you have there btw...

edit: in the quest for knowledge I guess i'm willing to chance it. I was eyeballing the quad tips, even if it's close, the bends sit low enough where I think it will work...but will see. it's a gamble. the entire build was a gamble. for example, my carbon battery clamp was not usable...change your mind on some things...trd intake will be tossed if I go supercharger, stuff like that..
