I thought it was funny how the metal singer was so fat the jump suit couldn't close.... Anyways I've never cared about branding on this car, my point was to drive it first and admire it second.

If your car is stock, I don't see how they can deny the claim unless you did something stupid. If you started modding your car and then tracking it?? Good luck with that.

It seems like they're trying too hard to appeal to everyone by using "diversity." Watching that ad was like watching a video in orientation at my new minimum wage job at [any major corporation].

The problem is, they're trying to sell a sportscar to hipsters, who have no interest in buying a sportscar. I understand badging the car a Scion to kickstart a tanking brand, but its not the right fit.

Scion was started to bring young people into Toyota showrooms after all their other cars were dull and boring. I don't think it's succeeded because other than some commercials with some techno their cars are still dull and boring, except the 86 of course.

Hipsters are going to buy something more practical like a Mazda 3, Ford Focus, Veloster, Civic, etc. I really don't see this being the target car for them. It is a RWD, 2 door, no frills sports coupe. Hipsters want big touch screens, steering wheel controls, bigger back seats with more storage, auto trannys, etc.

It is the wrong target market.

one of my favorite car commercial gives me the chills. Reminds me of the TV show Dexter which is fitting for a car like the viper that will cut you up and murder you.

I haven't had any problems yet, but this is what I was referring to. Car was stock as far as I know

That's Subaru denying the warranty claim. I can't see Toyota doing the same unless you really did something to cause the issue. Even then they might step up and fix it under warranty.
