Looks great! idk if you are going to make those any smoother, but if you want to, I found a combination of grinder/bits to execute a beautiful finish.

I was DEF going to coat my headers but, I am located in NY, my vehicle is a toy car gets driven on a Sunday morning, important family gathering, car meets here and there and just spirited driving on a beautiful day. Really leaning towards not coating the headers now being that they will rarely see any heat. Would you recommend not coating them being what I just told you? I rather spend the coating money on a tune.

With a header that has a lifetime warranty and your driving habit and location, I'd save your money for the tune. Unless you track a lot, I don't think you would get much use out of it.

I've got OEM gaskets waiting. With the quality flat flanges we'll be receiving either type should seal fine.

Those mirrors are one of the best purchases I ever made. There's 0 blind spots in the car now because of it. They look really nice! I've got the first version that has the adhesive but I ordered a pair of the actual snap in replacement ones too. I'm picky about stuff like that. I'll probably end up selling the adhesive ones if someone wants to get a pair fairly cheap.

Is this all we need? Two of them and then a regular exhaust gasket for the overpipe end

We have an array of bits we use for porting. I dont like to take it down too much on our thin walled stuff. Our turbo manifolds are more forgiving

Yes, this is a pair on this order. It's all you need for the header, then either a 2.5" gasket or 3" gasket depending on your overpipe / downpipe.
