That dealership is like 5 miles from my house....I should go take it for a spin

They are probably looking for a cash buyer, good luck getting financing on a 47 thousand dollar scion

Those seats are horrible.

That said, Rotas on a 46,000 car? At least put some TRD's on there or something.

Looks normal to me. It's hanging down. If you take the strap, turn it up and them fold it over to snap it in it'll like the stock strap.

Lol this one's even worse in Calgary. Matte black vinyl wrap, tint, wheels, and upgraded Pioneer head unit.
All that for the low price of $45k. No turbo, supercharger, no upgraded exhaust or intake.
