My JDL header still looks as good as the day I got it.

You guys will be happy when you get them.

Just a thought - how much of the merge collector weld is grinded down? They are obviously beautiful but just wondering if there should be any cause of concern for cracking because the metal is thinned out.

I'm obviously not worried about it as I know you guys know what your doing but just something that came to mind. Can't wait to get it!!

I would tell you how we do it but that would be giving trade secrets Dont worry the collector itself isnt thinned out at all

PS we wouldn't give a lifetime warranty if we thinned it out

I know, I'm considering putting my order in now. The amount of time and dedication you guys put into this header shows. That lifetime warranty is killer too for handmade perfection!

I figured it was some voodoo magic and/or secret...hehe.

Don't take that as I thought it would crack, I am just bored and trying to pass the time until I get mine

In JDL I trust

You can tell a lot from exterior welds but it doesnt tell the whole story. A pretty weld also has interior beauty as well as added strength...If done proper

First 5 on track to ship. One of the 5 pictured

We back purge everything

Looks sick! Definitely the highest quality UEL header I've seen. Coating it is extra icing on the cake to keep it nice and cool under the hood.
