FYI... because FBM was able to score a touchdown this time on your car doesn't make FA20club or visconti the bench warmers of the FT86 world...

Will, I'm glad we were able to sort your problems out. I want to clear some things up so people are aware that we do not sell e-tunes at all.

We have sold quite a few turbo kits for this platform and we provide full support for those who have purchased from us. All of our maps are free to our customers and we offer touch ups as well. The only time we charge for a tune, is when we need to get on the dyno and tailor the tune to the vehicle.

What upsets us the most is that our customers have told us about Vendors who sell E-tunes on this forum, have been PMing them and bashing our work to offer their services. We do not advertise tunes for anything other than ones for our kits and yes "FREE"

Will, messaged me and said "I need your help, the car has a vacuum leak and it is not the tune" Well... we are pretty familiar with this car, and at 600hp and 26psi, nothing came loose besides a couple of hoses so i knew this was not his case. Subaru didn't even offer enough vacuum ports to begin with ,so there really isn't much to look for.

We did not do this free just to stir some drama up. This is the service you get being a customer of ours and it has been that way since day one.

This whole thread is in bad taste. If OP wants to compliment the tuner that helped him out, fine. It's in extremely bad taste to point out the others who could not or didn't help him.

This is airing dirty laundry and I don't think it needs to be public. Not only does it burn bridges for people it has potential to turn the vendors against the community. That's the last thing we need here.

I 100% agree with Lj here. The tune that came with my kit was, in essence free being that it was included in the kit price. He was also nice enough to get me on his dyno on a Sunday when it was 95 degrees out, and he wasn't feeling well. Can you say customer service?!!! I'm not bashing the other guys here either, I just know how I was treated in this instance and have made a friend and they have made a customer for life. I've been in retail for over 10yrs and customer service can make or break you in this business no matter how good you or your product is.

Amen.

It's the innuendo that somehow the other tuners don't know what they are doing or handout bad tunes. Just praise the person who helped you and move on.

Have you checked out all the people here using FA20 and how happy they are with his tunes..and turbo setups?

I can tell you one thing, I'm saving like crazy for FI, and my money is going to Tony.

The forum has the right to know.
Part of making an educated purchasing decision is by having the full picture, be it bad or good, hiding things under the carpet does not service the community in any way.

Should this thread be deleted hell no. Should this thread be moved to feedback/vendor comments hell YES.

"What upsets us the most is that our customers have told us about Vendors who sell E-tunes on this forum, have been PMing them and bashing our work to offer their services. We do not advertise tunes for anything other than ones for our kits and yes "FREE""

THIS IS WHY THIS THREAD SHOULD STAY OPEN ^^^^^^^^^^^^ bring light to garbage like this
