When random old men in Tim Hortons ask if you won the lotto

When your morning cold starts, with only the TRD exhaust, make your neighbour's dog start barking.. boxer angry

When your coworkers ask if you got another job when you show up in it, then call you a showoff, and get really quiet and confused when you point out that their Tacoma/mid-range econobox cost at least as much

Had a similar experience this weekend. Dude in his Charger RT felt threatened(or something) on the highway and sped up when I came up behind him. I noticed and sped up a little which made him really start hauling ass. 10 minutes later he's pretty far ahead of me(maybe 100 car lengths) but turning off the same clover leaf as I. By the end of the turn I was back on his ass. His face when he noticed me was

He took off like a bat out of hell and I just laughed.

You know you drive an FRS

When you've had your car for 13 months, get in car to drive 10km to a school track, run 8 laps, staring at the car on every lap around. drive 20 more minutes with windows down and call it a cool down. This happens every night. I am truly addicted.

You know you drive an FRS/BRZ when you're watching the beginning of Star Wars III and think the Star Destroyer on the screen is awesomely cool because is painted "Firestorm Red"!

I do that everytime and the stability too, its so fn annoying to have to do it everytime you start up, dont matter rain snow or clear... Kinda thinking i should pull that fuse, who needs abs anyways probably better to practice threshold braking nstead. I wonder if its a frs/brz suspension setup thing, cause lots of frs owners think your going to crash once all thats off. I never driven the frs/86 so i cant tell if it really feels that much more dangerous turning all the nannys off compared to a brz but in my brz it feels much better in turns with it all off cause i can change my rotation with the steering wheel or gas pedal. When i forget to turn the nannys off and i am a bit too agressive in a turn the stability kicks in and makes me fish tail since i try to counter steer against what the nannys doing from instinct, with them off i can just chirp the tires abit and kick the back around the corner nstead. Maybe i am just use to driving like this from the old ae86, but i really wonder how much the suspension setup difference is when the nannys are off and how the 2 cars behave. I almost never drive at 10/10 i would say i probably avg 7/10 though. I dont even like flooring my car since it feels so gutless to me that i dont want that disappointment, once i get going though i am a try and keep as much speed as i can or go bit faster though the corners within reason, speedlimit, percived chance of the law being around... Different strokes for different folks i guess.

Pls dont turn off the nannys if you are new to rwd, fairly new driver, inexperienced manual driver or dont have the confidence in what you can make the car do. I would feel terrible if someone decided to turn then nannys off and something bad happened cause someone read something on the inet. I just prefer more agility over a computer watching over me, if i F up my car its on me, i have F up a few cars over the years and all you can do is learn from your mistakes, replay it in your head over and over and figure out what you did wrong, expensive way to learn, probably not the best way, but i did learn fast.
