Believe it or not, the wheels are truly an international effort. Its under the brand by a japanese drift driver who came to race in the U.S and made famous by winning a us drifting championship and then decided to provide good quality wheels to his fans but not the inexpensive stuff made in China but in Taiwan.... So would that qualify as a japanese wheel?

For front fitment would you say that 1.5 - 2 deg of neg camber and about 1-1.5 inch drop be ok?

Yes a fairly minor adjustment would yield great results.

Those DY-37's are so sick. I cannot wait for winter to be over so I can get some on my new asphalt FR-S.

BBS Rk? Don't know that wheel... But looking up the web, the general vague similarity might be the champion? The champion actually looks completely different from the wheel u mentioned... If you do a search on yoshihara champions on this forum or even the web, you will be able to see them on the FRS.

You're correct, I was talking of the champion.

Probably due to a lack in expertise of wheels, I don't notice details that allow you do identify differences, but I thought they looked similar. It's a compliment. I love the Champions, may have changed my mind on wheel choice.

Step lip design, no accent holes and rivet section differs as well. In addition champions have more curvature. I can see where you would see similarities but there are so many split 5 designs out there that look similar it's easy to make that assumption. Most wheels out there have some similarity to one another

So true... Went through the wheel thread again and saw about 4 that were more similar to the RK than the champions. Go figure.

wheels IMHO has reached a point where designs are reaching its limits if taking weight into consideration. There are only so many things you can do any design where things start looking similar to each other.
