Just tested out our new Dy-37 18x9.0 +35 for FRS. Should look awesome once its dumped and with some nice tires. 3 inch step lip, and of course bringing some old school feel to a new car

Damn, those look just like Racing Hart Type C's! I miss those wheels.

Actually the type c were a reverse lip, but on our wheel, the lip section is a step lip design that goes back to more old school look. With a step lip, gives it a more multidimensional feel. In addition, the center caps dont have the big imitation center lug nut, making it more modern. So a combination of new and old design elements for a new wheel, perfect for a car that is paying homage to the old ae86. The only design element is probably really the holes on the side of the caps. But overall we are really pleased to have pieced together and creating a new design from wheels of yesterday. like nodding to the past and looking towards the future ;) The key has been with our designs to have something for everyone, young and old. The Yoshihara line up has been mainly created to incorporate many design elements past personal favorite wheel designs from Dai.

knockoff of the Takechi Project Type-C (with the exception of the stepped lip), but I'd still rock these 'cause I loved the Type-C.

What do they weigh in at per wheel?

yoshiharadesign 06-29-2012 11:26 AM

The offset is at +35 18x9.

Hot Lava is the perfect color to rock a throwback old-school look.

Super-wide isn't my style, but those wheels look bad ass. Can't wait to see the finished set up.
