Update

I was able to mangle the gasket enough and get it over the FA20club pipe and it's sealed up enough to take it to the track (re-installed the mid pipe). I might try and find another doughnut gasket and see if that will work for good.

Heading to the track!

Also on another positive note, the Innovate kit arrives Monday! Cheers!

I have a spare OEM donut gasket; you want me to mail it?

I might just try to buy one form a parts store that's a little bigger so it will work with the FA20club pipe I got. I'll let you know if that doesn't work out.

Update

I went out to Summit Point and ran the Shenandoah Circuit today. It was a blast. Our cars are set up so well for the technical circuit. I was the fastest by a good amount in the intermediate group. I was walking away from S2Ks (similarly modded), modded Miatas, an e36 M3 with R compounds, and I passed a Cayman R (although it was still a "new" car to him).

The front pipe added a little bit of smoothness up top. The Direzza Z2s are beast, they performed incredible. Wilwoods held up well but I did ride in a workers car who had AP Racing brakes and it made me jealous (could have just been the passenger seat). I can feel the need for a clutch/flywheel so hopefully I can address soon. Also my oil temps hit about 270 degrees (Motul 300V). I neeeeed an oil cooler. My best lap was a 1:49.6. Both my phones were out of storage and crapped out after 2 minutes.

Pics:

Here is a data log from my first session. I was behind a guy who was causing a traffic jam so I pulled into the pits to get some space (you will see my idle before heading out - 1 lap - and then idle in the pit for a couple minutes):

Congrats, pretty sure this is same as my supercharger

Thanks Allen! Like he implied, we DO support the Innovate Super Charger Kit and we're offering it as a complete kit, or just the Tune. PM me for details!

Update

First off, it's the first of the month so my photobucket pics are back up if you care to see the last couple of weeks.

My innovate supercharger arrived!

They probably need another pass of tape (this is how open the box was sitting on my porch:

The goods:

I'm basically just waiting on a tune. I'm going to borrow a local guys EcuTek cable and purchase a license. I'm waiting on Moto-East or FA20Club to get a calibration file together. I plan to cut my AEM intake and mate it to the innovate charge tube via the coupler instead of running the OEM airbox.

After things are up and running I plan to order a water/meth injection kit and the AEM fail-safe. I plan to install and then have it dyno tuned. I'll keep you posted!

It doesn't fit with the AEM intake? I know a lot of people were planning that to go with the Innovate kit. Also, I'm very jealous that you have the kit already.

That kit is so pretty, but the packing sucks...jeez, could you have imagined if the unit fell out on the delivery truck...

See pics of the kit, it looks like (which I might do) you can cut the AEM intake with a circular saw where it ends the bend right before entering the air box and just mate that tube to the coupler. I might try that, just not sure if it makes sense to go that route or just sell my AEM and rig up something. Tuners will likely have a CAI for this kit within a couple of weeks. I like the AEM unit, it's clean/OEM quality and I'm getting intake air temps (IAT) below 90 degrees on the track (with 80 degree ambient). So the CAI/pulling from the OEM snorkel seems to be effective.

Congrats on your Innovate kit dude I'm sure it'll be awesome. On another note you should check out on fb what Nameless is doing with there set up you might get some other ideas as opposed to the meth application.
