Yeah you do actually have to do your own drilling for the FRS. But its very thin metal where you have to drill and its not structural. The PVC is really easy to drill into.

This is where I'm at now. Pretty much have one side down except for painting. Only thing I'm not sure what to do is the rear fender plastic that comes down under the panel, should I just cut it?

Thanks.! About $40. $30 for the PVC board, and $10 for the carpenter shop to route the edges. Screws and washers I got free. Borrowed saw, had everything else.

This is when I wish I was in high school again. Access to a fuk woods shop, metal shop and auto shop. Now I'm in my eary 20s and have a bunch of hand tools and a drill. :/ I can strip my old dd civic to the frame in an hour, but can't build shit cause no saws :/ lol. Turned out great!
