The teflon seals for the direct injectors is leaking. This will cause a backfire type sound. Tell your dealership to call Toyota Technical Assistance.

Video as been deleted, i've got some problem with the dealer so didn't want to make it worst with them. Anyway the injector seal was replace and it was fine. Put 1 months later that happen again and they change all the seal.
Now it's good. But i got another issue  CEL, Skid Light and rough idle ... 1 month for repair (change header gasket, ECU, look around but not able to repair) 25 000 km I will start a new thread. Thks! |
