yeah thats crazy there..car will get scrap in 10 years if you dont pay up to keep it..then they spend like 60/10000 grand just for papers strict rules compare to states.. i bet its so nice living in a place where you know your stuff wont get jacked and people are very nice i guess thats the price you can live with
