That shouldnt be the case, is the LED on the dongle flashing?

I'll double check tonight. This thing is acting stupid.

Half the apps in the playstore won't even download giving me either just an error (942 I think) or insufficient drive space (plenty of space free)

Youtube installed but keeps saying unsupported video formats / has encountered an error

Going to try and redo the rom update / mcu update tonight, no idea wtf is up with this thing.

I got insufficient space when trying to install TomTom maps and gave up as wasn't sure why as GBs of space available.

Get the 942 and unable to install message when trying to install RaceChrono and gave up on that too.

Other stuff seems to work fine. I'll try YouTube some time. What other apps are causing you grief and I'll try them too.

You might need to sideload the apps.

Either look for the apk online and install it that way or if u have a rooted android phone back it up via titanium backup and then restore it on the head unit using titanium backup

I got the same trouble, I download Tomtom.apk from web and later I installed from SD card.So I solved. after , tomtom downloads ITALY map (430 Mb).
If you see in HU memory (internal) you will find all Sygis contents over more than 1,5 Gb (all world). I free the Oceania, Usa and Latin America maps to gain space.

this WE I'll try to manage leds, as only next week I install HU on BRZ. I 'll try to give voltage to "reverse" to test if my rear camera is operational. Thanks!

im sure that eventually an even more functional and more powerful unit will be made and itll support android 4.0 or higher and be able to do things like that. I cant wait

Hey all,

So I got mine today, hooked it all up. Working good.

No radio as yet as I am waiting for my aerial adaptor to arrive.

Hooked my reverse camera up, but it won't auto turn on when in reverse. Not sure how to fix as yet. Camera is working as I moved it to aux input and it works fine.

Tried to instal copilot live but am getting the insufficient space error. Also my Google play no longer can connect for some reason.

Will let everyone know once I got the aerial adaptor and reverse camera working.

T7018A fits really well and the green lights aren't to bad either. Very good build quality too

OK, so have rooted the device. That was simple.

Insufficient space error seems to to impossible to remove. Have tried everything but nothing has worked.

For those looking for better maps, navigon downloads without the error.

Still trying to work out how to fix the reverse camera!

I could have sworn somewhere I saw where you could tell the OS where to mount the main storage volume as the SD Card Slot to avoid the "Insufficent Space" error.

Will dig around, but can't find anything.

Also my Bluetooth adaptors wouldn't work with the head unit so have ordered a few new ones on eBay.

Are you able to get to the manufacturers settings page without a Bluetooth adaptor? I want to get to that menu, but can't as it supposedly in the rename Bluetooth device menu.
