Took measurements today with Bumper off. The problem is the top Condenser bracket bolt on the driver's side. I took a toothpick and made it as small as possible trying to fit it in the spacec between AVO IC and Condenser bolt. The piece I made was still a bit larger than the space, and it measured a whopping 9 mm......
The FBM radiator adds 25 mm to the stock radiator. Divide that by two conservatively (adding half and half thickness on both sides which is not the case, it adds most if not all towards the front), and you are left with 12.5 mm. Some fab work needs to be done to the Radiator support brackets to make it fit differently. The problem is also that the AVO kit leaves little room in the engine bay with the intake lines. Maybe Koyo??

This product is definitely worth the money invested. Pure Automotive had issues with his Stage 2 car when in traffic with the stock radiator.
My Stage 1 car seems to remain cool even when whipping it around then getting caught in stop and go traffic. Very awesome product! I'd recommend it to any FI FT86 (excluding one's that it doesn't fit).

One of the reasons why I like the FRS more than the BRZ- you can remove the front grille for more air flow. Just out of curiousity, are you running an oil cooler?

It's probably the fans as I sat on the race grid this weekend with the FB radiator, AC on full blast for 30 minutes, front mounted turbo kit, and the temp never budged and I'm runnning OEM fans and the Hydra EMS. Now with the Hydra I have the fan on temp set to 88c and the secondary fan turns on as soon as the AC comes on or above 92c. I think it was in the high 80s F during the race.
