I wish they chose a different scale, it's hard to see the increase in a meaningful way but thanks so much for posting.

After - 231HP
Before - 161HP
= 70HP increase...not too bad. I know some were hoping for more but that's about what should be expected. Plus this is just the beginning, tuners are going to figure out how to squeeze out more power. The initial Vortech numbers were lower than this.
Yeah unfortunately/fortunetly we run by the metric system over here so all dyno plots will be KW and NM.

But in regards to everything else you are saying I can see there being more. This tuner is very conservative (which is what I want at the moment as is my DD), and while he has been tuning evo's for ages he has only been working with our cars and ecutek for a couple of months now.

Sure, I just want to convert for us Americans who don't understand. Would love to hear your driving impressions of the car and any pics/videos you're able to upload.

Yes uses stock mounting points and hoses.

Indeed, in my experience I have found them to be pretty optimistic generally speaking. I think they are one of the best dynos for tuning purposes but usually on the high side when it comes to representing what actually gets to the tread. YMMV

Will take some vids on Sunday if the weather is good.

I can give some brief impressions with the short time I have had it. First off the negative - I think I got my first speeding ticket in ages after only getting the car back for 5 hours :P

Ok not a real negative, just my stupidity.

I babied it when I first got it to try and get a feel of how the extra power kicked. But after a few runs showing a few of the local club members how it ran I have a pretty good feel for it now.

Its everything you are used to in your fa20, just more. You put your foot down at any time and it goes... and keeps going. Favourite part is the 5000rpm+ were it just keeps pulling and the whiiiiiiiiine. Especially me with the scoop and vents of the seibon hood, its extremely audible

Example was me on the freeway where I may have been flashed. Sitting on 100km (62mph) I had the guys behind me sitting in fifth, foot down and just screamed away from them without down shifting. And with the way the power is delivered I really cant see going much past this level being fun as DD.

Also another good point I have found, and dont know if this is because of the kit or auto, but have spent a bit of time in a car fitted with the AVO unit on only 5 psi and that sometimes loses a bit a traction during gear changes. No problem at all in my car. But again not sure if that is because of auto or the SC.

It does chew more fuel though but that is to be expected.

But only done 100ish km in the car so far so gimme a little more time, and certainly a chance to hit the tracks again, and I should have a better write up

I didn't go above 25% throttle on the way to the tuner... But that doesn't mean this thing didn't boost... From the light-throttle driving I did the tune feels amazing. I was using the water injection flow gauge to know when boost was hitting... Which is like every time you want to speed up a lil for whatever reason lol

That is the million dollar question. They are on sale in Australia but they are not on sale in north America at this time. Innovate is the company in charge of it here and they are working hard to get it on the market very soon.
