Thank you guys - your comments mean the world, honestly. But a big part of my job is to accurately portray the situation that ALL of us are dealing with, with particular emphasis on what we DO have control over and what we DON'T have control over. I'm a straight shooter. Most of you who have had any experience with me, I think would agree with that.

So just a quick update with the Vortech Shipments. Anyone with a pending Vortech Order should receive shipment notification either Friday or mid next week. We've spoken with Vortech and they're confident that they're going to have a handle on all of these orders by that time. This of course opens up the inventory to NEW orders. If you've been on the fence, especially based on other users' experience on here, I would humbly ask that you not let that sway your opinion. I don't think anyone will argue that we have this kit at an unbeatable price with an unbeatable tune. And now that inventory has caught up with demand, we would LOVE to have our forced induction kit in your car. Because, honestly, what matters at the end of the day? What matters is that big sh*t eating grin on your face when you dip that throttle in to the floor . And with me at the helm of customer service, I promise you guys, your questions will be answered, your concerns will be alleviated and I'll do my best, within my power, to give you the most realistic expectations I can possibly give you. But one things for sure; the days of 4-5 weeks to get these kits should rapidly be coming to an end. We're continuing the sale indefinitely, and we would truly love to earn your business.

If you have questions or anything I can clear up - reach out! I'm here. Thanks again guys.

Just want to provide my opinion for Visconti.

I purchased my N/A tune Aug/Sept, 12, received my items and ROM files without issue. If you follow their ticketing system and allow sufficient time, John will provide you the map updates promptly.

Today, i called John and briefly discussed about payment, etc. Answered all my questions and picked up on first call. Rich also replied my PM regarding concerns and questions.

Once bank transfer clears Paypal in a few days, I'm putting in an order.

Should be in a week or two. We're waiting on parts. However.. this shouldn't discourage you from getting your order in for the Vortech STG1 Kit because for everyone who already has EcuTek and the STG1 Vortech Kit, we will be rolling out a kit just for you guys that has everything you'll need to upgrade to the STG1+ kit. Also with the launch of our FlexFuel kit, this ability to run Ethanol with the STG1+ kit becomes even more enticing.

Thanks again for hanging with us, and if you know you're going to move forward once the STG1+ kit becomes available, I invite you to go ahead and order the STG1 kit so you can get your Vortech order in process which will make the entire upgrade that much quicker. And I know you guys are all fans of "ASAP" . Don't worry; I am too! lol

Rebates will be coming shortly. I realize they've been a long time coming, and part of the reason for that was because we didn't have any intention of continuing the sale past April. But due to the overwhelming demand we received for these kits, it only made sense to extend the sale and give everyone a fair crack at the enormous discount we're offering the supercharger at. But I assure you, the $150 rebate has not been forgotten for our loyal customers, and you will receive your rebate shortly!

Thanks again for the kind endorsement Sonny. Sympathetic customers are extremely appreciated for their patience. And that patience, along with everyone else's, will too be rewarded. However, I just want to interject again, I do not approve of some of the back and forth that went down in this thread. There is blame to go around and it does go both ways sometimes, but its only natural for anyone being attacked to want to defend themselves. But again, I don't want to see any more of that hostility nor will I have any part of it. You guys are good people and good customers, and you will receive the support your deserve. This is why we've spent WEEKS putting these guides together to help everyone.. car savvy, computer savvy, or neither, to help them flash their car with relative ease.

We're doing our best to build up a large support database which will hopefully give everyone a resource available to them 24/7. It's not meant to discourage reaching out for things that just simply can't be covered adequately in a tutorial, but we do hope it will alleviate some of the stress off of all of us. We invite you guys to check 'em out on the support console!

Any idea of how much more we'll have to pay if we already have the stg 1 kit?

That's still to be determined. I know how unsatisfying these answers are guys. Trust me; we're doing our best to give you the most specific answers we can. But we want to be honest and realistic above all else. But these threads will be the first thing we update when we have new information available.

I can tell you this though.. we're not going to penalize anyone for purchasing the STG1 kit now when you really want the STG1+ kit. In fact, we would encourage you to do this because it gets your order into Vortech and gets you up and running with pumpgas until STG1+ is available. And just my two cents on the matter, but I find much more appreciation in my upgrades when I add them to my car in stages versus say, going from stock to full blown STG3, ya know? Our cars are consistently putting 240 to the ground on pumpgas which is nothing to slouch at . Keep y'all posted. Txt/Call/Email/PM with anything ya need in the meantime.
