nope. its got a good 5-6 inch clearance, and no reasonable speed bump should be that high. watch out for curbs tho >.<

According to my brochure it's 4.9" and that should be enough.. I was under the impression speed bumps were suppose to be 3 inches or lower.. Thought I read that in the California drivers hand book.. Could be wrong though.. What ever it was in stated it was a national thing, and I've seen shaven bumps before

if you're worried about scraping, approach it at an angle, slowly.

For more info (though I just about summed it up right here):

You didn't have "speed bumps" instruction in you driver's training class?

No issues with speed bumps here, just one small scratch from entering a Burger King in Boston.

I find the front bumper perfect height to just clear most parking curbs. Any lower and I'd slam right into them! Speed bumps are fine, but I take them at an angle at a crawling speed just in case.

And I think that measurement uses part of the rear LCA as the low point - so you'd never be in danger of dragging it over a bump, as it will rise with the wheel.

When I installed my Borla, I went around measuring clearance, and in stock form I think the static GC is closer to 6 inches.
