BRZ in the wet. Driving in the rain
I bought my 16' limited two weeks ago. In that time I swear my car has seen the rain for at least 9 days! Infact the day I brought it home I ended up in a friggin' hailstorm and flash flood on interstate 40 that left my stomach in knots. Thankfully, no damage.
It has been a journey so far. And it was storming this morning on my way to work. How often do you drive in the rain with your twin?

Almost every day lately. It's no big deal if you wash your car right on good days.

Apparently rain is just my life now with the weather lately.
Also the rain combined with the crap coming off the trees in the parking lot at work makes it like black ice in some spots. |

I've never driven my brz in the wet, but from what I heard it's more dangerous than having a bath with a toaster.

Rain is normal... I've recently driven on track in the rain and done a few wet autocrosses. Nothing special, just less grip.

The car, however, is not too shabby, though it doesn't really know how to swim. When my OE Michelins wear out, I'm heading for the best all-season high performance tires I can get.
