That is a question that is best left to the folks at Vortech. We try not to get involved with such legalities since all our products are for off-road-use-only

although is possible to hack the stock fuel system enough and run it and running a tad leaner it would still be pushing the oem fuel system on e85 than most are comfortable. hell I have done this on a JRSC kit for a short period of time. but beyond that would require fuel upgrades. this would make things a tad more complex as injectors would need to be scaled. unless shiv is comfortable with the consistency of an aftermarket set of injectors enough to sell a kit or do a per basis remote scaling.

but as for power i was running two pulley steps on an oem exhaust and header at 360whp (reads quite a nit lower than a dyno jet). i could see the oem kit doing 290-320 dynojet numbers with header and exhaust on the 3.48" pulley

You should easily be in the mid to high 12's with that kind of power if you can hook up. I would imagine a 110-112 trap speed is very reasonable.
