That would be a huge pain especially since there are no bungs after the secondary cat.

How many years is your car exempt?

Three years I believe in Georgia.

I think my best option at staying as quiet as possible with as little rasp and cabin drone would be a catted EL header and then maybe a (Invidia) catless resonated front pipe. I haven't seen any catted UEL headers yet. A catted UEL design would be difficult to make work, and that's why I don't think we'll see one. I'd love to be wrong.

I'm in for an answer on that. Will the OBD2 say "ready" with this header?

Look up defoulers, there simple to install and cheap they will take care of any cell issue from no cat, and wont be detected by the ecu.

Thanks but a defouler would only fix the cel and I'd still be unable to register my car in GA or any clear air state without a passing a legit obd2 test. I don't think the tail pipe sniffer test is an option for a car this new.

Keep your stock header. When you need to go in simply swap them out.....

Also if it's not asking to much even a un-flashed pull then a pull with the tune would be dope. Thanks guys!!! Look forwards to my order sometime at the end of next month!
If someone pays my fuel, i'll drive out with the P&L and do a shootout.

We're looking into doing this, but can't guarantee anything. Unless I missed it Nameless has not tested theirs on a stock car, all their tests have been with tunes and full exhaust systems from what I have seen just like ours with the Borla unit was.

The very first dyno plot we posted was without a tune optimized for the header. It was a base stage 2 tune. The final number/dyno was after a couple minor tune tweaks.

No, to pass OBDII in out state you just have to have completed the readiness tests. If ecutek turns off the cell but does not allow the readiness checks to complete you will not pass. I would imagine they have considered that in coding the patch.

Yes you would pass with an anti-fouler so long at it prevents the cel. There is NO visual inspection in GA. OBDII test are the easiest ones to cheat. No check engine light and non continuous monitors complete = pass.

Feel free to PM me if you need details. I have a copy of tech-stream as well so it's very easy to monitor the OBDII stuff to see when the drive cycle is complete. We could install and test the anti fouler in about an hour one after noon (once the header or manifold cools enough to remove the sensor), including completing the drive cycles to get it ready for emmisions test.

FWIW i plan on doing catless EL header along with my nameless catted front / over combo and nameless axle back. Keeping the stock midpipe and a highflow cat in the system keeps the volume down. If the axle back is too loud i will go with a quiet catback.

We have yet to get a CEL on the silver car and it has probably 100 miles on the header. Not sure how long it would take if it is going to throw one. I can only assume it will.
