Nice, so that equivalates to 258 HP at the flywheel. I would think if Subaru ever did a turbo on the BRZ it would be in the 260-270 HP range. I did a back of the napkin calculation and that's about the range that would be the same power to weight as my M3. That's about all I'm trying to achieve. Sure, a few more ponies will be welcomed.

Typically, not much but I'll let the OP post his own thoughts. Wide open is just that, and only then will your fuel efficiency be pushed. So if you have the kit on and only cruise, it won't be more or less than when it was NA. Does that make sense?
That said, in about 2 weeks, Stage 2.0 for the OP perhaps? ![]() Cheers! Bob @ Drift-Office, LLC |

Only issue that came up was brought to my attention by Bob and Paul that the oem PCV needs to be replaced with a PCV intended for boost. That is something that will be remedied soon, but not a huge problem with 4.6psi.
My last gas fill up yielded 22mpg compared to my NA's 22mpg :-D and I have been flogging her. On another note, Avo has a cool new air/oil separator that replaces the intake resonator... I should have taken pictures, but I didn't. Maybe I'll have my own soon to show off :-D |

Coming from a history of supercharged engines (Mini R53) where the power draw is constant I was curious as to how efficent turbochargers had become. I've never modified a NA engine to run on boost. I came pretty close on my 94 NA Miata though. It's good to know that unless you're pushing it the economy should remain near factory. My questions probably sound n00bish but honestly, I am when it comes to adding forced induction. Looking at that dyno I'm assuming there's next to no lag on the turbo? |

In comparison to a supercharger, my BRZ is an auto, which is always "on boost". I don't lose any power from stock power levels <2800 RPM and I am on full boost >2800 RPM. |

@Drift-Office's stage 1.5 tune which I must admit is awesome. It's almost 40lb ft more of wtq from the stage 1 turbo tune!
