crank pulley on this motor is about 138mm diameter I think
so 7500rpm crank with 80mm pulley = 13157 rpm also thanks for the boost data earlier regarding the 80F uplift on charger exit temp what IAT is it post intercooler as thats the figure of interest and how long can it hold onto this delta T before temps run away? the reason I ask is that there's a lot of history with the 210 setup of IAT's that climb and climb on track use or after a couple of dyno pulls i get that spinning a bigger blower slower will result in colder air but we're still tlaking about a fair level of boost here |

Can anyone confirm the crank pulley is 138mm? Edit: Just did my math with your numbers and I got a different rpm then you did for the blower. Here's what I'm doing. Crank rpm * crank diameter(inches) / blower pulley diameter(inches)= blower rpm. So, 7500 x 5.43(138mm) / 3.15(80mm) = 12,928.57 rpm What am I doing wrong? you just need the ratio from the 2 pulley sizes then multiply that by the crank speed
so 80mm / 138mm = 0.579 7500 / 0.579 = 12953 so obviously my sums were a bit out the 1st time, whata can I say it was late, I'd had a snifter and just rattled it off |

So a 70mm would be 14,792 @ 7500rpm?

You can have per ger limits you know, I allow mine to spin up in 1st and 2nd but start reducing it so you won't risk it in the longer gears.

You will always make more heat the longer you are running the vehicle hard. That is just a fact of life. Heat is a real bugger to deal with in the first place. Temps always climb on the dyno and track, run after run, compressor or not. E85 runs too cool in some instances and has to be beat on to get UP to a good temperature. You're always fighting either too much or too little heat with performance applications. We tend to leave you up to your own means when it comes to doing your builds. We put a lot of time and effort into developing the happiest medium between power and longevity. The happier product lives longer. If you had the fastest breakneck thing out of the box that broke every other part in your driveline, we think you'd hate us. That's why the big unit was labelled "for racing only" and the smaller unit for street use. You're either racing a street system (210) or trying to drive a race system on the street (335). The 210 is better at autocross than 20 minute lap sessions. The 335 can take the beating of track sessions, but is overpowering for autocross and street use. |

Does anyone have a parts list of what comes with the 335 UPGRADE Kit?

If I do upgrade but want to sell my 210, what parts do I need to make the 210 into a complete kit again and how much would it cost? I'm considering upgrading early next year after tax returns come in.

You would need far more in parts to make a complete kit than would be worth it. Figure $2k+ in parts pretty easily. Like I mentioned, there are enough DIYers on RS25 that someone would buy it.
