I ordered the KDT925. The problem is I already installed a diff brace. Would anyone know if I could use the bushings with the brace? If not, I'll just use the outrigger bushings.

I work on submarines and we need to specify exactly when and where the anti-seize goes. If we use anti-seize, we also need to specify a dry (no lube) and wet (lubed with anti-seize) torque. The dry torque is always higher than the wet torque. |

Check my pictures... I don't think... Why do you want bushings if you have brace already? Do you have sound like we describe before with the brace? Am curious...

I don't have the sound you guys are having. I'll try installing the outrigger bushings with the brace.

I have the subframe inserts and the brace. I also have an aluminum driveshaft. With all the noise I get from the exhaust and the other bushings, I may be missing the sound you are saying. Haha! I'll report back after I install the outrigger bushings.

Whiteline differential insert bushings review
The sound is more perceptible windows closed, radio at off and when you shift from the first to the second gears.... After release the clutch not hardly but not too firmly.... It's also possible to avoid the sound if you slowly drop the clutch....
The sound come from the clutch mechanism on the trany like mentioned before and probably just normal but mor perceptible with all bushings installed....

Finally installed the bushings. I was not able to install the rear ones because I have the diff brace already. The outrigger inserts definitely stiffened up the diff as I can hear the noise the other guys are talking about.
