all the research i've done so far said the rear camber bolts are a pain in the ass to install. i've got quotes from shops that said it would take around three hours to install. so you are looking at $300 to $400 with parts and labor. the SPC LCA can be have for around $200 and the installation is much much easier than the bushing, so you can either do it yourself or pay a small fee for a shop to do it. You can of course buy other LCA that costs upwards of $450, but for what i need the SPC LCA will do.

Not sure what shop quoted you 3 hours, but don't be surprised when it takes them twice as long.

Best of luck. I've installed all the mods on my car and once I saw that the bushings had to be hammered out and how much of the rear needed to come apart to get the upper arms out I decided it was more trouble than it was worth.

EDIT: if you were talking about LCA instead of the upper bushings than ignore the above

AFAIK, putting camber bolts in the rear upper control arm allows you to pull the top of the wheel in for rear camber adjustment. The LCA controls camber by adjusting the bottom of the wheel.

I know this hasn't answered your question directly, but look at the differences in labour between the two parts. Personally, I prefer LCA.
