I can tell you one thing...the Supra will have far less (if any) depreciation versus the FR-S or BRZ.
Here's mine...

new frs is better. unless the supra is a toy or second car i wouldnt want all that old tech for a DD. now that ive used usb/aux for music theres no going back to cds.
for a project/fun car id go supra and have fun working on it on the weekends and not care if it gets shitty mpg since it wouldnt be driven much |

Anyways OP seems to have made up his mind. He views Supra as a better car. It isn't our job to convince him the BRZ is better. I personally would take a new BRZ because of being new, NA, lightweight...etc. |

I think if you're debating between these two cars you should really reconsider what you actually want in a car.
Look at it like this. When most people are considering purchasing a Supra, they are usually also considering cars like 03/04 Cobras and Corvettes, not miatas and RX-8s(which are some of the closest cars to the FR-S/BRZ) Think about what you really want from this car. If acceleration and power is your thing, look into a well maintained Supra. If you want better mpg, a fresh new body/interior (something that isn't abused, about 80% of all Supras have been abused) and you don't want to worry about maintenance, get a new car. Keep in mind though that there are a few cars out there on the market to consider that are creeping up on stock Supra performance (3.8 GC, 370Z) which can be had for around the same price (or a tad more) as a Supra with 100k miles. Choose wisely, don't rush into a buy - and as I said before, if you're considering a Supra, go test drive one, and then go test drive a Miata and an RX-8 (or wait for the FR-S/BRZ). See which aspects of each car that you like the best. |

Supramaster. If you cant decide then wait until the beginning of 2013 and see how the new supra appeals to you.

if you look at the previous supra models they depreciated quite a bit. the reason the mkIV has kept it's value abnormally long is it's the last one they made before they stopped making the supra.
