Percentages...

Here are some numbers as percentages so that where the HP is measured and what dyno the runs happen on won't matter. All numbers are from manufacturer dynos with manufacturer tunes.

Innovate Intercooled 244.99/166.87hp, 199.07tq/140.27 = +46.8%hp/41.9%tq
At 2500rpm, ~160/~130tq = +23.1%tq

AVO 230.85/167.95hp, 197.90/140.44tq = +37.5%hp/40.9%tq
At 2500rpm, ~135/~130tq = +3.8%

Vortech 294/200hp, 210/151tq = +47%hp/39.1%tq - Cannot find an official dyno, just peak numbers, so no 2500rpm rating. 9psi I believe.

FA20Club Turbo - Their tunes are all custom, and I cannot find a 5psi dyno, which I assume is their stock since you have to pay more otherwise.

This still pushes me towards an Innovate kit, for ease of install, low-end torque, and absence of lag. I know the AVO kit can be turned way up, but the Innovate and Vortech can do the same.

My biggest question now is if the Innovate intercooler makes much of a difference when running e85.

Oh, I missed that part. I agree somewhat about intakes but I've seen evidence to suggest that some of them do add power with a tune.

Headers vary, tunes vary, dynos vary, intakes vary, etc. Is that your dyno sheet? What else is modified beside the intake, header and e85? Are you saying that this is what everyone should expect? 195whp with any e85 tune and 205whp with any header + any e85 tune? IMO you're painting the best case scenario as the average scenario.

Intakes only make power before you do a full exhaust...

Not my dyno plot, I didn't even post it.

I'm saying if your baseline was 160 then after full exhaust and a tune you be should damn near 190 or your tune/header sucks. E85 is good for about 10 more or ~25 with just e85 and a tune.

With a total of ~200...

For me I'll end up at roughly 175 depending on the dyno. I live at 4500ft which mean I'm down 15+ HP from sea level.

I've seen probably a dozen plots and that is the average. Maybe -5 for air raid intake or borla header.

No just what is possible. This is probably a best case scenario and no it isn't mine.
