They are very light, less than half the weight of the stock 75mm. No measurements from me though

Mike's tune looked like it was going to put down about 250 on E85 w/ the 75mm pulley but we had to stop the runs early because of some dyno issues.

What are you doing to mitigate knock? Intercooled? Or is the knock manageable at that boost level and 93 octane?

haven't installed (or received) the pulley yet. I'm not sure that I will right away either. It was somewhat of an impulse purchase. Although, my IAT sensor and sensor plate should arrive from fa20club the same time as the pulley and map sensor, so perhaps with accurate IAT data (and cool early fall weather) will make it do-able in the mean time.

you and me both. i got the tracking number 2 weeks ago so i thought it would've been here sooner but i know toni was slammed so i can see how making the harnesses for these may not have been a top priority. I'll post results as soon as i have them. I know William at Delicious said he'd need to update the tune and get his hands on one of these cars with the IAT sensor installed in person before he'd be able to update his tune for it though.

Do you think there is going to be any issue with this blemish/chip in regards to belt wear? I purchased this as a blemish, so no complaint there, unless it is going to cut my belt over time ; )

Kspider - The portions of the pulley that are bare aluminum have been filed by hand to get rid of the raised portion on the v groove.

They will function fine and not tear the belt. If you are still hesitant, you can gladly return the pulley. We are sold out right now but are in the midst of doing a production run.

JC this is meant as a bolt on addition to a super charger, not at all for stock cars.
