My grill / bumper is on without trimming. But it did take a bit of effort to get the plugs lined up

Well so is mine but there is a slight gap between the edges by the wheel well and side makers. There always was but it's about a 1/16 more then before.

Each time I check the unicorn piss (aka Rotrex oil/fluid) it seems to be on the top end of the dip stick closer to the max level. I have about two inches left in the bottle. Didn't shorten any of the hoses provided with the kit so I'm thinking it should hold capacity? Where was your leak at?

Well for some reason the cooler to resovoir was like 12" short but was the 34 inches as stated in kit. Every other hose was spot on. I went and bought more hose and the used that. I had a leak at the banjo fitting itself as i had it cocked enough that the hose rested on the resovoir when i tightened the fitting. That caused the leak. I fixed that tonight and repositioned both to be off of the resovoir.

Go to a good local exhaust shop they can take your factory op and make a new one in 3". We did that here and all said and done it was like 100$ I mean for here in az we didn't need stainless so we used standard exhaust tubing. Easy peasey, just my 2 cents

It's the mesh that's the issue as far as I can tell.it causes the sides to not mate up completely.it's small like I said and completely livable. Although it would be nice to fix it.

I can try to take a few photos tonight. The FRS grill (not sure if this is the same on the BRZ) is up against the sides of the bottom of the IC and piping. There wouldn't be too much effort to Dremel/trim (maybe 1/4"), but it would take a bit of effort to get things to fit better.

Unrelated to grill fit

Did you guys remove the black plastic peice between the intake and condenser/radiator or leave it on?

Had to come out to put for the filter tube to go in.I could have put it back on if I wanted to take the time to cut it around the intake tube.

If you're talking about this piece, I was able to put it on after the tube/air filter was on.
