Engine oil:

You are at 6 months, so you are due on time. As far as mileage goes, if you are tracking frequently, change it at 3K miles tops or every 3 or 4 track days, whichever comes first.

Transmission/differential:
Unless you are tracking really often, once a year is probably fine.

Left foot braking? That has been known to confuse the stability control, but I haven't heard of it being an issue in a straight line.
If the rears lock first, it will squirm. Those are more dual-purpose pads than track pads.
How good are your home alignment skills? I would get that checked.

I think the rears are locking first if it's only happening when you really, really, really brake hard.

Are you ABS braking or just threshold? Pedal dance active? VSC?

Perhaps the pads are heating up unevenly front/rear, causing a bias shift as the sessions runs? HC-CS is pretty consistent until it gets toward the upper end of the heat range (600C+)

Yeah im trying to avoid the crazy high price of alignments here lol. I feel 0 abs intervention, so that leads me to believe the rears arnt locking first

My fronts seem to get significantly hotter judging by the burnt color on the back of the pad. The rear are still legible

Bad alignment, bad caliper, bad suspension component, or improper suspension install/setup?

I would add that you should get a used oil analysis too. When the oil costs $100 a change the $25 that black stone charges can be worth alot. Also it can let you know if you have something unusual happening in the engine before it grenades.

I was changing more frequently than I needed to, UOA is saying 8-10 track days and 5K miles on my car with 300V 0w20 (and of course that is going to be different for different people! don't assume your oil will last the same as mine).

I would recommend installing front brake ducts, or try HC+ in the rear so that the rear temp goes up faster.

That sounds like a LOT of track abuse and miles for oil. How often are people generally changing oil when tracking their cars?

Sorry for the slight off topic here.

I've been struggling with the validity of data from a UOA for the track. As I understand the process, they measure for wear metals and the current viscosity. I don't believe they address viscosity at high temps. So, while a really bad number can be a sign of wear, it's probably too late at that point and a "good" wear report may not be indicative of degraded high-temp viscosity, which is what we care about.

Personally I'd rather change the oil more frequently, a change only costs me ~$60, for the peace of mind.

That was my thought, also. My car has no power modifications. I drive it at it's limit on the track, and typically get in four 15 minute sessions each day. I don't have an oil cooler, and am concerned about getting it too hot, so I don't drive the full 20 minutes. I change the oil after ever track weekend (two days). I have never done a UOA, so I don't know if that's good or bad. It's just what I do.

Which brings up another question. How long does it take for oil to get too hot? I know this can be a gray area, but am I helping to protect the car at all by cutting my sessions a little short? I have not measured temps.

These cars heat up their oil really fast and even on stock power they get it pretty scary hot (unless you've added an oil cooler).
