If I forgot anything, please tell me so I can add it or clear it up!
to answer this for you since nobody else has, you can switch the fogs on only when you have low beams on

I didn't look to see that there was another but if there is then it would be this. In the fuse box there is a front fog fuse along with rear fog fuse.

I wasn't really asking a question. Just making a statement, Adding information to the thread.

Probably wishful thinking that even the FRS might have some of the wiring for this option available. Even in the BRZ wiring diagrams it mentions an optional FOG harness but it appears to be the actual wiring and relay for the lights themselves.

Anyway I think the best method for wiring these up, instead of tapping the white wire at the location you have is to tap into the wire, if there, or adding a wire from pin 30 of the BCU to control the fog light relay. It would be a 'sinking' output or provide the ground to the relay.

Well, I just ordered the Tundra/Corolla switch, so I'm now waiting for it to come in. I have a prewired harness with a relay coming, so I think what I'm going to do is tap into the side marker light for +12V power to the trigger side of the relay, and tie the ground side of the trigger into this pin 30 wire. That "should" let the switch turn on the fog lamps only when the parking or headlights are on. I think....

Well, I'm going to try and trace where the wire goes from pin 30. Hopefully it goes into the engine compartment somewhere so I don't have to pull any wires through the firewall. But it'll be a couple of weeks until I can do this. I bought the switch from http://oemtoyotascionparts.com/
It was $105 shipped. I find it funny the Subaru switch is cheaper, but I didn't want the "auto" spot on the stalk..
