Exclamation Check Engine Light came on after Intake install

So just installed my Takeda S2 dry air Intake.
What I did:
-Took bumper off
-Took the stock snorkel off (scoop)
-Place the intake in
-Connected the MAF sensor
-Made sure everything was tight and nice

Drove off my garage right away and saw the CEL light on
Don't know whats wrong.
Do I have to disconnect my battery? Or maybe I should re install it??
Just don't want to go through the trouble of doing something I don't have to.
Any input/suggestions are welcome!

Thank you

Ok, should I leave the battery and MAF disconnected?
Or just the battery,
how long do you suggest?
