Coilover Preload collars keeps coming loose

I am at a loss here folks. No results seem to show any good solutions so I am hoping someone here can chime in.

My coilovers preload collars keep coming loose after like 2 weeks of driving.

Whereas there was about 1/2 gap between the height and preload adjustment collars, there is none now.

I have torqued them to Teins recommended settings the 4 times I have reset the preload, and last time I had my friend hold one spanner while I hammered the other.

This is only happening on the fronts. What. the. $%*^.

Do not hammer. If you attach a ratchet where there is a square hole on the spanner, it will give you a ton of leverage to tighten it to a point where it wont move anymore. I had a similar problem when I had just installed my Tein coilovers. It was only the front that kept coming lose. After doing the method above, it has not moved at all for 6 months.
