Is there ice preventing it from moving or is it just not responding?

Yeah.... A switch failure code. Never heard of it before either. I was a tech for awhile and it was new to me too.
No snow this morning and windows are non operational again.
Starting to think there is a design flaw.

anyone also notice that the windows don't move down when opening the door?

I haven't tried to see if the windows are operational, otherwise, today. I do know that the windows were iced over after that little bit of snow we got two days ago and I heard the window try to open the small amount. Not sure if that messed anything up. I'll try in an hour or so when I go out for lunch.

That happend to me once to and afterwards the AUTO up down stopped working. I did a reset and it worked fine again.

OK, yeah now that it's dark I was able to see the switches were blinking. Reset it and they work fine now.
