Where to buy race gas in PDX
Anybody know where to buy 100+ octane unleaded race gas in Portland (or better yet, in Tigard)? I'm looking to mix it with pump gas to give myself a safety net for track days.

It doesn't exist. You can find leaded at a few places but we are screwed for unleaded. NW Solvents can get 5 gallon pails of VP. That's what I'll be doing for my September track day. Give them at least a week notice. They are based in Eugene but have a warehouse here on Columbia drive.

Do they only sell VP110 (leaded)? Or are they able to get the unleaded varieties like vp-100 or c10?

NW Solvents can get most of what VP makes. MS109 is in stock at their Eugene location. I'm uncertain whether we should be using that or something like the C20. If I recall correctly the C20 is not in stock and may not truly be available. Both of the fuels I mentioned are unleaded and 1 is oxygenated and the other is not oxygenated.

Most big motorcycle dealers carry VP fuel, no idea what they might stock, though.

Unfortunately most of the motorcycle places stock leaded, usually vp-110

I was gonna say, MS109 is probably the best to run if you are looking for unleaded.
I run U4.4 in my ATV, but thats a 2-stroke.
