Welcome to the PNW......

As far as scenic roads, I would recommend circling the Oympics, then, come spring, go around the North Cascades Loop.

You are a brief 30 minute drive from the newest track in washington!

They have tons of track days, just not in the winter, we have bad weather here.

Go here: http://www.icscc.com/season.php

The ICSCC is a conference of sport car clubs around the area all of which host races, driver training (lapping days) and test n tunes. There's several driver training days on there. The Ridge and Pacific Raceways are close to you.

Also check out ProFormance (http://proformanceracingschool.com/) and Turn 2 Lapping.
