Something wrong with my DRL's?

I installed some JDM headlamps into my FRS. I made sure to remove the DRL Resistor at the bottom because the JDM HID's do not require it. Plugged it in with the Harnesses made from a user here and everything works but the DRL. I can get Low beams, High beams, but no LED DRL's to work.

I also went back and reverted it and places the halogen headlamps + the resistor back on. Everything works except the DRL. Even the high beams which uses the same bulb works. I thought it might be the DRL fuse but users stated that removing that fuse would also remove high beams altogether as well.

Not exactly sure what is wrong. Anyone have any clues as to whats happening?

Update put everything back to OEM and everything works fine. Either my LED's in THREE JDM headlights are broken or the harnesses are bad.
