Title says it all - I'll have the car for two hours on the track (max 4 laps). Thinking about making a video, any other suggestions?

Bring me along? other than that, I hope you've driven the ring before, its really technical. I haven't...in real life, but I believe forza (2, 3 or 4) did a faithful rendering of it, and it took me a long time to be able to lay down a clean lap. definitely bring a go pro or two to video with too

Please note that it is not allowed to take your own videos during Touristenfahrten. Don't ask why, it's really complicated but is the result of too many 'video nasties' making it on to National TV. You do want the Nordschleife to still be here next year, right? "

Do NOT install the GoPro before you get on the track. They will have controllers there at the card gates.

If you want to run with a GoPro, have it in your glovebox, get on the track, then pull off to the far left immediately after entry to place on the GoPro. This is not an issue as the circuit is not continuous on Touristenfahrten days. Do make sure to pull to GoPro off as you come back to the off track point - if you are caught with it they may have you leave for the rest of the day.

It is of course not allowed to take video or photos while driving during Touristenfahrten, but they do allow it when a club rents the full track. I would imagine it has more to do with liabilities and what not - so do what I recommended above at your own digression.

Be safe out there! Lots of pros and wanna be novices mixed together = highly unpredictable cars on the track.
