HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY

For your turbo or super charger? Also, please add increase in hp to the price. I was curious about the pricings on FI.

I got a quote from PSI a few months ago on the Vortech supercharger for around $7-8k, full install and a full tune with promised gain in the 250whp area.

Depends on the options you get on a kit or from what manufacturer it comes from. Most kits that we've done have ranged in totals between $6,000-$8,500 depending on options.

You need to call Bob at Drift Office in Auburn and set up an appointment to go in and talk to him about your needs and wants and what you plan to do with the car. He will then get you going in the right path. Bob wont bullshit you he will tell you how it is and he will tell you what he does and doesn't like and will then back it up with why.

Scared to add up all the mod money. I would see the total price and then shoot myself in the head for spending that much money!!

Yeah... I don't want to think about that...

My original Vortech build:
Vortech Tuner kit + Ecutek + "tune": 4799 (i think)
Flex Fuel Kit, injectors, pump, ecu extension harness: 1190
Total: ~$5989

This does not include the price I paid to fly in a tuner and the dyno fee's I paid to have it done in person.

Car put down 360WHP/262WTQ with a bad tune on lowest reading dyno in town. I was running a 3.125" pulley that was donated by vortech for testing purposes. Stock exhaust, No snorkel.

I don't even want to think about what my current setup has cost me so far. :smh:

Dood. It's not like you haven't met me before. Lol...

You could also talk to AVO (or myself) this Friday @ the GT86 meet in Tacoma, or the XXX meet on Sunday.

Cheers,

Bob @ Drift-Office, LLC

My build link has a complete breakdown, but my Innovate with tune and complete engine-back exhaust was $6500 (installed myself)

Bob, I have met you numerous of times. I still remember when i first met you and you invited me to this forum site.

What are payment options for a broke college kid with no credit? (if there are options)

or am I just going to have to tough it out and wait for it until I can afford it cash down. this is my biggest concern because i don't got a 10k credit limit or above like half the people or majority of people on here because i haven't even began to build.

i did read somewhere i think facebook, where you did say fa20 is no a FI type motor. would headers, exhaust, intake and tune be good enough for me. if so how much hp gain will i even see?
