18x9.5" (45) offset up front, anyone?

I noticed that Enkeis new wheels in the 18x9.5" are 45 offset. Seems bit fa back IMO. Looked through entire directory couldn't locate a single example. Therefore openly will ask, anyone ever try any wheel in this size and offset up front to see if there was full clearance of rods etc?

I would reach out to Mach V to see how much clearance they got on their wheels at +42 and see if there are 3mm there to work with.

Tested this with a TE37SL 18x9.5 +45 and it touched the strut. Will need to run coilovers to fit them.

You will need coilovers for a 9.5" unless you have a +35 offset or lower.

I think Raijin has this offset. Someone's on raijin thread ran 18x9.5 squared. You need coils for that setup.

I ran 18x9.5 +38 on swift without rubs, but no way I could get more neg cambers. So yeah it poked like 10mm.
If you really wanna run 18x9.5 front. I suggest you to look for coils as well.

Bob yes I looked through entire wheel directory no examples of that size and offset. Hannabie and others yes I have coils now. Kwv3, it's not the coils interference I'm thinking it's connecting the tie rods etc near full lock I'm concerned of.

Its funny since when I was going to buy and did research to see if the 9.5 +45 would fit, I could only find one person throughout the wheel part of the forums running some Kojin's and I think hes on coils now. I was even worried that they would rub with coils on but thank god I was wrong with that...don't want excessive amounts of poke in front(spacers).

If only @DarrenDriven would add my set to the wheel directory

I've been trying to find the answer to a similar question to no avail. I'm looking at getting a set of Motegi MR116 18x9's. I can get them with either 35 or 45 offset. Which one would be the better fit? And any recommendations on tire size?
