Is that taken from a log file? Is that calculated torque from acceleration or from hp and tq values that the ECU outputs?

From briefly reading other forums dynocoms typically read on the high side. 195whp on a turbo seems low for any dyno. Maybe if it’s only 7psi on pump with no other supporting mods and baseline was only 140whp then 195whp is a 40% increase.
Need more info on your setup, and did you baseline? Or at least know what other 86s baseline?

I bring it to the Dyno shop

There do one 4th gear pull to red line

And this is the result

I but 4+8 psi spring

Total 12psi
But how this could be 195

But at real driving i feel more power than this

My setup
Know off greedy turbo kit gt2871r

Dw720 cc
Emusa wastegate

Stock fuel pump

Online tune

Unless you're missing a cylinder, that dyno is screwy.

There are a lot of parameters they could have goofed as well that could skew it badly. What elevation are you at?

The car can go to 7800rpms, but the redline is 7400rpms, and yet redline won’t be where peak power is being made, so there was no point in continuing the run past 7k.

I would confirm boost with a boost gauge. If you are at 12 psi, and the car is fast, and you still want to confirm on a dyno then try a different dyno or drag race the car.

The dudes from OMAN and speaks Arabic... obviously a second language he’s not very good at. Still easy to get the gist of what he’s trying to say.
