If the door opens and closes, and you weren't doing anything over 20, it's probably fine structurally. I don't think there is anything important in that area. Cosmetically, this is a tough one as that's the quarter panel. So you got 3 options.

Leave it be, and deal with the dent.

Do a crappy repair job involving Bondo fiberglass, etc.

Pay $$$ for a good repair job. If you have comprehensive coverage on your insurance, this is why you got it.

........ don't do that no more!

This vehicle ain't a jeep ......

Well, if it were me, I'd clean it up, apply some touch up paint and not worry about it.

Heck, it's on the passenger side ....... so, how often are you going to see it ... ??

Ugh.....cringe-inducing thread title. Sorry to see that, but it can be repaired. Or you could use this as an excuse for adding some ground effects to the car with a skirt that covers that area.

Totaled.
Just get a sideskirt that covers it.
Maybe a good pdr guy can take it out.
Other options sound expensive.

PDR seems to be recommended all the time on this forum, from bumper scratches to "my door has a hole in it". I have no idea why. No PDR guy would go near that dent. Not even a "good" one. Did you know that the P in PDR stands for Paintless?

You have 3 options:

Live with it.

Fix it.

Cover it with a side skirt.
