U0100, c1294, p0700

Hello,

So i just recently got a rp400 turbo kit with a deaschwerk 300 cc fuel pump, deastchwerks 700cc fuel pump, and flex fuel kit from delicious tuning. I have everything put on the car but it wont start. There are three codes popping up which are a u0100, p0700 and a c1294. I double checked the fuel pump injectors and there was fuel as well as the fuel pump being put on correctly. So its kind of confusing to why it wont start. The ecu is grounded and the flex fuel wiring is good. When the ecutek program is reading it sometimes says there no response from the obd under a section in A/C. Everything else reads. It's an automatic 2014 scion frs. Any help would be appreciated.

Turbo kit, changed the MAP sensor? Have you flashed the new tune onto the ECU?
