OFT 2/3 specs

I've searched Google, FT86 forums, even sent emails to Shiv; but I cannot find anything on the specs for the OFT headers.

Situation: I purchased the OFT3 headers with the slip-joint headers. The joint connecting the overpipe to the headers is leaking. Does anyone have the diameter of the joint before I go jacking my car up and measuring?

I'm likely going to get some RTV, JBWeld, or an exhaust clamp to fix the problem.

I just put the OFH 3 on as well and suspect I have the same problem. Will need to confirm once I get the car up and do a soapy water test. The leak is small and datalogging doesn't show a leak (at least to my limited knowledge) so I'm assuming the leak is after the first gaskets.

I did not put any sealing paste between the pipes during install, so that might be the reason for the leak. I'm hoping that applying some paste and tightening will fix the issue.

Try on a muffler shop, maybe can be a bolt/clamp loose for heat cycle. Man i wish you can make a sound clip, do you have catback?

All stock except the OFH3. I can make a sound clip sure, but I need to patch up that leak first. Right now it sounds like a go kart
