Fishtailing after installing SPC LCA. Looking for causes.

I installed SPC LCA last night and while driving home from the garage my car fishtailed violently at low speeds. I took it back to adjust the camber on the LCA but the fishtailing still occurred but was slightly more controllable. Controllable enough to limp it home.

My question is if this is just an issue with my car needing an alignment or something else is causing it? I checked the lugs and the bolts when I got home and they were fine.

I plan on getting the car aligned and having fresh tires put on. Hopefully that resolves the problem but if not I don't think I can drive the car anymore in this condition.

Toe is probably way off. Yes after installing a suspension component with adjustments you want an align. Im going to sound like a DiK but that should be common sense

Probably need an alignment. You have messed with the suspension geometry.....

When i replaced mine, even trying to get it same as stock arm and eyeballing it, i still had a whole degree (inch?) of toe in according to my alignment report. I did make sure not to get toed out, as that gives you that crazy unstable feeling OP refers to.
